ABB's High Voltage Products team provides products which help enhance the safety, reliability and efficiency of power networks while minimizing environmental impact. Our technology leadership continues to facilitate developments in areas such as ultra-high-voltage power transmission, enabling smart grids and enhancing eco-efficiency.

You will be a key member of the High Voltage Products team in Power Grids business, Vietnam.
Reporting to the Global Product Support Manager, you will keep all Interrupter product data up to date and implement changes on existing part drawings and instructions as well as support in
introduction of new products and designs.

***Your responsibilities
- Managing and performing changes to existing drawings and instructions in close cooperation with Interrupter Global Product Support team.
- Ensuring parts used in production meet the latest drawings and specifications, together with the quality department.
- Requesting design changes based on feedback from production, suppliers, quality department etc.
- Performing technical simulations and calculations based on requirements from R&D department.
- Writing and reviewing work instructions in MS Office as well as create 3D models and 2D drawings in Creo (Pro/Engineer).
- Ensuring all local departments have the latest versions of documents and drawings.
- Maintaining and actively seeking out opportunities to improve product quality.
- Supporting Supply Chain department to approve suppliers for serial production.

***Your background
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- More than 2 years of experience in 3D modelling and 2D drawing creation, preferably using Creo/Windchill.
- Sound knowledge and experience from the heavy industry manufacturing market.
- Very strong computer skills - Microsoft, CAD (Creo/Windchill), SAP, etc.
- Solid technical skills with the ability to read and understand drawings and specifications.
- Initiative, creativity and great attention to detail.
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong English communication skills.
