Mô tả công việc
Responsibilities:
- Support Global Mobility outbound activities in daily business.
- Provide all services prior to and during assignments, as well as during repatriation/localization including: expatriate orientations, immigration process (visa, work permit, etc.)…
- In management of all the documentation and working data and Ensure all information are well updated and maintained.
- Be responsible for audit activities regarding Company’s international assignments topic.
- Provide consultancy to business departments about policy to match suitable assignment model as per business requirements including providing assignment cost analysis for decision making.
- Be fully responsible for monthly onsite payroll data and detective control (DC) process.
- Be in charge of HR administrative work for Company’s Japanese branch (RBEJ).

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in relevant subjects, e.g. Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law
- 2 - 4 years experience. Experience in Human Resources is a plus.
- Fluent in English (all skills), especially showcased by confidence in speaking to foreigners;
- Competent and literate with the following packages: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong organizational, time management skills and effective communication skills
- Ability to work and perform under pressure with tight deadlines
- Highly motivated individual with a desire for growth.
- Deliver quality service and value to clients
- Must absolutely love dealing / interacting with people
- Japanese language skill is a plus.
