Global IT Director

- Planning, project management and implementation leadership, identifying opportunities for automation, cost savings, and service quality improvement.
- Manage and control expense to ensure that budget is efficiently and transparently utilized
- Support to development of a capable and motivated team to sustain organization profitable growth
- Evaluate performance of team to ensure achievement of team goal and target
- Responsible for third party supplier and vendor management, searching and managing new partners. Example – SIP service providers, SMS providers.
- Ensure infrastructure and security processes are compliant with security, audit, and regulatory guidelines
- Negotiating with suppliers of hardware and software to get the best deal, including external support, and being responsible for contracting consultants and making service agreements.
- Managing the deployment, development, monitoring, maintenance, upgrading and support IT systems located in Vietnam and Sri-Lanka. This will include operating systems, servers, PCs, software apps, telephones.

- Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering/ Computer Science / Information Systems, but higher degree will be plus;
- Minimum of 10 years experience in network technology and cloud technology, preferably in the financial sector or telecommunications;
- Experience in developing budgets, policies and procedures to support the functional infrastructure
- Expert in Network Technology including Firewall, internal network system,
- Voice IP via SIP or GSM technology
- Design hardware solution for vision 2 years
- Demonstrated flexibility and ability to deal with ambiguity;
- Ability to manage deadlines, work on multiple assignments and prioritize each assignment as necessary
- Can work under high pressure and strict deadlines;
- Highly effective people skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of the organization, both internally and externally
- Honest and loyal;
- Detail-Oriented, patient;
- Teamwork skill.
- English proficiency in both written and spoken
