Mô tả công việc
* Job description:
- Receive requests from world-wide customers via email, website, phone call.
- Support to resolve customer’s problems encountered when using the company's system.
- Most of customers come from France.
* Working time:
- Work 5 days/week; including weekends, holidays, Tet holiday.
- Work in 3 shifts in accordance with the company: Shift 1: 7am- 3pm, Shift 2: 3pm – 10pm and Shift 3: 10pm – 7am.
* Benefits:
- Basic salary: negotiated.
- Salary review is every 6 months; the increasing will depend on the work performance.
- Additional allowance of VND250,000/shift when working shift 3 (10pm to 7am).
- Other allowances: parking fee of motorbike, necessities are available (milk, cake, tea, coffee, etc) to ensure health at work.
- Annual vacation and social welfare in accordance with the law of Vietnam.
- Opportunity to improve English very well, most of using English in communication.
- Opportunity to learn Logistics.
- Professional working environment.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Good English; ability to write, read well.
- Ability to analyze, logical thinking.
- Can use office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Priority:
- Love the field of Shipping, Terminal & Logistic.
- Have a good spirit of learning, attitude and responsibility.
- Ability to work long term.
- Knowledge of SQL and Database is advantage.
