British American Tobacco currently has an exciting new opportunity for the Global Graduate Program - Marketing (Trade), to be based in our Vietnam Office. The Global Graduate Program provides a foundation for your functional, managerial skills and business awareness development.

What is Global Graduate Program & What do we offer?

It's a 18-month, fast-track development program to a management job for high potential fresh graduates and young professionals! The aim of the program is to raise future leaders of BAT in different functions.

Our Global Graduate Programme helps you to develop exceptional commercial skills - full understanding of the dynamics of the market you are operating in, and how the BAT departments work together to achieve outstanding business results.

We are offering the Global Graduate Programme as follows;

1) Marketing (Trade)

Trade is a performance - based career. The more you sell, the more you'll earn. For anyone with a competitive streak or the desire to be rewarded for their hard work, this is a key motivator and something that will drive a successful career for years. In Trade, you can work directly with customers to learn about their needs and behaviors that you can use as facts to improve the business. You will be given the opportunity to manage yourself and a big field force team as well as the ability to be trained to understand the practical experience and knowledge about how the business operates and generates profits.

Furthermore, during the program, you will have:

- Comprehensive onboarding to BAT Business and the specific Functions within Marketing - Trade (i.e Sales Operations, Route-to-Market, Brand, Consumer Activation etc.)
- A real job assigned in executive level
- World-class leadership training opportunities
- International exposure in developing your people and management skills
- Networking & mentorship with senior leaders and other graduates from all over the world!


At the end of the 18 months, you will be assigned to your first entry-level management role as the Junior Manager.

Essential Requirements

- Graduated with Bachelor or Masters from a reputable university with any major
- Passionate about the sales function
- Minimum GPA of 3.2
- Fresh graduates, final year university students or career starters with less than 2 years of work experience are welcome to apply
- Leadership demonstrated through extra-curricular activities
- Globally mobile
- Fluent in English (both written & spoken)
- Vietnam Nationals ONLY
