Mô tả công việc
1. Account Receivable
- Contract billing process
- Liaise with the relevant operational team for information
- Review and reconcile AR aging report to GL
2. Account Payable
- Matching of invoices against PO or GR
- Capturing of direct invoice without PO or GR
- Correction of erroneous entries
- Liaise with Level 1 on errors, bugs or technical issues
- Review and reconcile of AP aging report to GL
3. Payment Process
- Generate payment batch for treasury to make payment
- Generate manual payments for one-off, non-batch payments
- Review and reconcile to bank statements
4. Support bank reconciliation
5. Basic check to data integrity in the ERP System
6. Prepare accounting schedule according to the VSA Standard
7. Prepare the financial statements according to the VSA standard
8. Liaise with auditors in Vietnam and attend to tax locally as and when required (Vietnamese Speaking)

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- ACCA – 3/5 years of experience
- IFRS
- Mastering of accounting best practices and inherent controls
- Will Join a shared service centre covering 7 countries in South east Asia + Australia .New Zealand
- Will be in charge of journal entries and of the trial balance of 1 or several countries depending on the size of the business, will be the direct contact to the auditors for the audit of year end accounts and preparation of the management report.
- Good communicator
- with good team spirit
- Good Ability for integration in a new team
- Methodic and rigorous, curious
- Experience of ERP
- Fluent in English, an additional language (Vietnamese/ Thaï) would be a plus.
- Will report to the Chief accountant of the ASSC
