Giám Sát Vận Hành (Operations Technician)

Supervise all OPS teams to ensure all facilities & systems under OPS Department responsibility are operating within parameters. Facilities/ systems include operations, preventive and corrective maintenance of OPS and other related facilities/ systems.

Ensures continuous supply of utilities to manufacturing and support groups.

Support and give instructions for shift operators to familiarize with facility system such as power distribution system, Mechanical Wet, Mechanical Dry, Automation, Process and Building Service.

Specialize in HAVC, HSE, ATS, Transformer, Generator, AHU, Lighting system, Elevator, M&E...

Ensures all Customer Environment Health and Safety policies

Support Human Resource management on shift teams

Maintain (control and monitor) the facility system

Ensure that all OPS technicians are fully trained and assessed

Report communication updates, daily, weekly, monthly

Health assessment report of equipment, analysis and recommendation

Ensures all compliance, safety, operations and maintenance SOP’s, RFC’s, SOO’s

Communicates relevant information to other sections and hand over plant status (relate to facility

issue).

Work with subcontractor for training of EHS and performing activities

Continually assess the operations department

Familiar with the plant and various operating systems

Works closely with other supervisors and department

Works closely with OEM and supplier to produce training programs for technicians and operators.

Attends meetings with customer to discuss ongoing problems/ improvement

Contact with other departments for any facilities related problems

Responsible to evaluate individual performance of team member
