The responsibilities of the ASC Supervisor includes but not limited to:
- Supervise and support Service Centers (ASC) in operation and customer service.
- Manage working plan, and performance of ASCs in charge.
- Train new members of ASCs.
- Supervise warranty process at ASCs.
- Other job as assigned by line manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduate with bachelor degree, major in Business, Electronics, or relevant.
- Have at least 2 years working experience in a similar position, with knowledge and practices in Customer Service & Warranty Field.
- Willing to travel.
- Have good leadership skills as well as strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good English communication skills
