• To assist the operations management of the warehouse labor contract
• Monitor and report by exception forklift performance, manning and related matters
• Daily compliance of driver and fleet operations.
• Manage stock transfer from Production to BOF and DCs, outbound activities for Export , others Department…
• Reconcile and verify stock accuracy
Accountabilities and Key Result Areas :
1. Operation:
• Resolve daily tasking schedule & roster tasks
• Monitor& report exception’s in attendance
• Monitor & report breaches in safety
• Report Forklift maintenance matters
• Monitor & report forklift driver violations & take appropriate action
• Report & document incident notifications
• Random PDC inspection of forklifts
• Manage resources and operational structures to meet contract requirements
• Assign and arrange MHE , Porters to support and perform all tasks to meet requiment of Storekeeper Raw / Packaging .
• Visible leadership and participation in all HSSE programs and activities;
• Manage and verify the operational compliance of contract requirements.
• Execute operations in alignment with business unit strategy
• Assist management in the preparation of HR paperwork
2. People:
• Maintaining / recommend training requirements for forklift operators
• Facilitate regular, balanced assessment and feedback to employees on both an informal and formal basis.
• Minimize the impact of operational, industrial or people issues across the Contract.
• Support accurate maintenance and timely processing of payroll and leave for personnel.
• Ensure understanding and compliance with Linfox policies.
• Maintain positive relationships with managers, colleagues and external contacts to work effectively and facilitate achievement business unit targets.
• Deal effectively with queries in a professional, efficient and helpful manner.

Education: College or University degree
Key skills: Good in computer skills, knowledge or have experience in warehouse system is plus.
Physical requirement: Good in health
Personality: Careful, flexible, truthful and honest
work experience: 1 year working at same environment or same level
