Mô tả công việc

-Supervises daily pickup operation, ensure the smooth shipping of packages from DOP (Drop off point) to Sortation center
-Place order for necessary equipment for new station (DOP box, PDA…)
-Supervise and manage partners to ensure the good quality service at pickup station
-Investigate and resolve inquiries and complaints related to pick up operations promptly & timely
-Generate and analyse operational reports to recommend necessary action for improvement
-Checking monthly payment for partners
-Other tasks assigned

Yêu cầu ứng viên

-College degree
-At least 1-year experience in supervisor level in logistics, warehouse or after sale service
-Customer oriented mindset
-Analytical & negotiation skills, present ideas effectively and deliver presentations
-Good English communication
