Mô tả công việc
· Reading and understanding construction drawings.
· Review construction drawings; calculate, estimate, and check the connectors in interior, water and electricity of buildings
· Understand the specifications of the projects in order to identify the problems and propose solutions
· Understand the progress, Design and Construction Phases to figure out appropriate solutions
· Manage the materials quantity and price related to building and engineering projects. This may include new builds, renovations or maintenance work
· Be responsible for quantity taking off from designed drawings. Update and check whether the quotation with any arising changes

· Other assignments by Director/ Manager

Good at ACAD 2D, Ms. Office, Estimated Software…
