Giám Sát An Toàn/ HSE Supervisor

- Đảm bảo kế hoạch đào tạo được xây dựng và đào tạo được hoàn thành trong khung thời gian đã thoả thuận và thực hiện theo tiêu chuẩn an toàn của Linfox, tiêu chuẩn an toàn của Khách Hàng và yêu cầu của Pháp luật/ To ensure training plans are formulated and training is completed within the agreed time frames and performed in accordance with Linfox Safety Standards, Client safety standards and legislative requirements.
- Phải báo cáo ngay lập tức cho cấp Trợ lý An Toàn & Bảo trì và Trưởng Bộ Phận tất cả tai nạn (thương tích, tai nạn do xe gắn máy, tai nạn suýt bị …) / All incidents (injury, motor vehicle accidents, near misses etc) must be reported to immediate supervisor or manager as soon as it is safe have to do.
- Quan sát các hành động không an toàn / điều kiện không an toàn làm đánh giá rủi ro để đảm bảo Nhân Viên nhận thức được mối nguy liên quan với công việc/ Conduct unsafe actions / unsafe conditions observations and then do risks assessment, ensure all Staffs are aware of the risks and hazards associated with their work.
- Cung cấp hướng dẫn an toàn cho Nhân Viên vận hành xe nâng, Tài Xế theo yêu cầu và hỗ trợ cho Trưởng Trung Tâm Phân Phối Khu vực phía Bắc./ To provides guidance for drivers as required and support services to the Operations Manager – North as directed

- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên chuyên ngành bảo hộ lao động / Graduate in safety field recommended
- Sử dụng tốt Microsoft office / MS offices
- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp / Good English skills
- Kinh nghiệm làm việc ở vị trí tương đương / 2 years experience in the same role
- Chịu khó, trung thực, tư duy logic/ Hard working, honest, logical mine
