Giám Đốc Kinh Doanh - Thủy Sản

Biên chế thuộc Bộ phận Thủy sản và báo cáo cho Giám đốc Điều phối Kinh doanh Tập đoàn – nhánh Thủy sản, trách nhiệm chính của vị trí này sẽ là:

 Đảm bảo đạt chỉ tiêu doanh số, lợi nhuận, chi phí và thu hồi công nợ
 Chịu trách nhiệm hoạt định và thực hiện kế hoạch chiến lược ba năm với những hành động cụ thể nhằm tối ưu hóa tăng trưởng bền vững về thị phần và lợi nhuận của chi nhánh
 Hỗ trợ xác định và thực hiện hiệu quả các chiến lược tiếp thị để tăng doanh số và lợi nhuận
 Nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động của đội ngũ kinh doanh và phát triển kỹ năng cho từng thành viên
 Đảm bảo sự hiện diện phù hợp của các sản phẩm Virbac ở các kênh phân phối
 Tạo dựng hình ảnh Virbac và đội ngũ kinh doanh mạnh mẽ, chuyên nghiệp và gần gũi đối với khách hàng
 Xây dựng đội ngũ kinh doanh nhiệt huyết và hiệu quả, được tuyển dụng, đánh giá, tưởng thưởng và phát triển đúng chuẩn.

Belonging to Aquaculture Department and reporting directly to Corporate Business Coordination Manager – Aquaculture Division, the Mission of this position will be:

 To ensure the achievement of allocated sales target, margin, expense and collection budget
 To be responsible to define and put in place a three-year strategic plan with concrete actions to optimize sustainable growth in term of market share and profitability of the county
 To provide support in the definition and implementation of effective marketing strategies that increase sales and Margin
 To be responsible for improvement of Sales Team effectiveness and development of individual team members skills
 To ensure adequate presence of Virbac products in the distribution channel
 To develop a strong, professional and personal image of Virbac and its staff at Customer level
 To build a motivated and effective sales force, that is properly recruited, assessed, rewarded and developed.

 Tối thiểu tốt nghiệp đại học, nghành Thủy sản
 Có kiến thức sâu rộng về thị trường Thủy sản (Tôm và/hoặc Cá)
 Có kinh nghiệm quản lý thành công đội ngũ kinh doanh và các nhà phân phối
 Kỹ năng Chăm sóc khách hàng, Kỹ năng bán hàng, Kỹ năng Sản phẩm, Kỹ năng Giao tiếp tốt
 Kỹ năng vi tính tốt & khả năng nói, viết và hiểu tiếng Anh cùng khát khao hoàn thiện nếu cần
 Tinh thần phục vụ khách hàng, sáng tạo, hướng đến kết quả công việc. Thường xuyên đi công tác.
 Địa diểm làm việc chính: Văn phòng Quận 3, TP. Hồ Chí Minh.

 Minimum bachelor graduation in aquaculture
 At least 3-5 years in the similar positions
 A very good knowledge of the Aquaculture market (Shrimp and/or Fish)
 A successful experience in managing a sales team and distributors
 Good customer intimacy, Selling Skills, Product Skills, Communication Skills
 Good office software & ability to speak, write and understand English with a great will to improve if needed
 Customer-focused, creative, results oriented. Mobile.
 Working place: District 3, Hochiminh City Office.
