Our client is a large sized manufacturing & trading company, now looking for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

- Responsible for planning and strategic direction for the company;
- Set goals, development strategy, long term and short term plans for the company;
- Manage and be responsible for the entire operation of the offices and factories;
- Responsible for profits, business developement and the growth of the company;
- Ensure that the company's current and future goals are met as expected by the Board of directors for growth in sales, profitability, product quality, talent development and other activities;
- Business and marketing planning;
- Conduct training programs to managers & subordinates to ensure the best results;
- Other duties will be shared in details during the interview.

- Gender: Male;
- Ages: from 35- 50 years-old;
- Background: Graduated from University of economics, business administration or foreign trade;
- At least 5-7 years of senior management experience for both manufacturing & trading companies/groups;
- Solid experience in managing company size from 500 headcounts;
- Good English communication skill;
- Strong leadership, presentation & negotiation skills;
- Willing to travel on business trip.
