Mô tả công việc
- Build and develop strong and long term relationships with key decision-makers of Real Estate developers, Hotel developer & International Hotel chain, Architectures & Interior Designer, International Management Company, M&E contractors & consultants in whole Vietnam to promote full solution of company product to their projects.
- Be responsible for looking new customers - key account by searching, visiting, presenting to expand customer base.
- Analyze industry trends, customer database and competitors, develop and implement marketing strategies to meet the company's business objectives including strategic marketing plan, as well as planning and execution of the marketing & promotional activities.
- Work closely with Team to collect and share market intelligence in order to achieve business objectives, closing deal to get purchasing order.
- Ensure the achievement of revenue targets and market goals, products and annual budget.
- Prepare weekly report, list update to report Chief Representative of the Representative Office of Vietnam
- Train up and work together with distributor’s sales team for company solution sales/ new product solution to create the business opportunities and assist distributor to final the deal for projects
- Execute the product launching activities and mid long term strategy for product marketing
- Build up marketing tools/presentation for new product solution

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Education: MBA/BA degree with major of International Trade, Business Administration, Marketing, Electronics and Electrical/Automation engineering
- 5 - 10 years work experience in marketing & field of the same / similar industry, preferable in Power/Electrical distribution, Home Automation, Lighting Control
- Having strong and long term relationships with key decision makers of Real Estate developers, Hotel developer & International Hotel chain, Architectures & Interior Designer, International Management Company, M&E contractors & consultants in whole Vietnam
- Good interpersonal skills and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking
- Good communication and writing skills in Vietnamese and English
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Willing to travel frequently
- 5 - 10 years work experience in marketing & field of the same / similar industry, preferable in Power/Electrical distribution, Home Automation, Lighting Control
