- Make training plan quarterly
- Design training material
- Re-inforce after training to enhance training effectiveness
- Conduct training and coaching to develop team members
- Follow up the training progress to make sure the implementation on track
- Corporate with Operations and HR to train and develop employees
- Organize training activities as Customer service reinforce, Recognition campagn, RM conference,..
- Report to T&D manager
- Design training material

- Be able to conduct a soft skill/leadership course
- Be good at communication and leadership skill
- Be good at English skill
- Be able to solve problem in complexity situation
- Be capable to develop people
- Be able to work under high pressure
- Experience in FMCG or F&B is preferred
