Mô tả công việc
• Work on site in Moc Chau district.
• Bachelor of Business Administration and Management or related fields.
• High organized and strong work ethic.
• Proficient office computer.
• Good at English (4 skills).
• Ability to plan and deploy strategies.
• Good problem-solving, decision-making skills, communication skills, and positive effects.
• Have knowledge of principles and practices of Complex operations management, laws, ordinances and principles of safety and enforcement activity, fiscal management, project management, HR management, current management theories and practices, data analysis.
• At least 5 years of experience in Complex or theme park operations.
• At least 5 years of experience in management positions.
• Have experience in the hotel service, entertainment complex, tourism.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Planning
• Prepare the annual action plan of the Complex in accordance with the strategic orientation of the Company
• Manage budgets and make personnel plans to meet the completion of business targets (revenue, visitors.,)
• Recommend and implement new projects and improvements according to the critical oversight of the market; research necessary resources and recommend systems and procedures to carry out those projects and improvements.
2. Operation Management
• Implements the annual plan, ensuring that the Complex meets the Group / Company operating standards within budget and personnel allocation.
• Act as safety officer, identifies safety concerns and implements preventive measures.
• Ensuring the growth of visitors and maintaining the pioneer position in the market.
• Manages difficult situations and unusual problems involving interpretation of complex policies and reviews complaints from patrons and recommends solutions to General Directors.
• Communicate effectively and ensure smooth and timely information between the Company and employees, encourage high performance and propose labor productivity awards.
3. Employees development and management
• Recruitment, training, management, and staff development.
• Review and propose to reward/punish/ adjust salary /appoint/dismiss employees under the provisions of the Company and the Group
• Manage and control the implementation of related personnel issues, including Work overtime, leave, Civil laws and safe working environment for employees.
• Communicate and maintain the core values of the Group, the spiritual life and corporate culture at the establishment.
