General Manager - Vietnam

Job Responsibilities:
1. Formulate and implement the development strategy of the Vietnam branch and promote the realization of the strategic business objectives of the branch.
2. Presided over the development of the branch's business objectives and business plans to achieve rapid growth in the business and investment returns of the branch.
3. Supervise and control the implementation process of the development plan, organize the implementation of the financial budget plan and profit distribution and use plan.
4. Establish communication channels between the branch office and the higher authorities, media and other departments to lead the company's foreign-related public relations activities.
5. Lead the internal team building of the enterprise, improve the internal management mechanism; and other daily business operations of the branch.

工作地点：越南，胡志明市

岗位职责：
1.制定和实施越南分公司的发展战略，推动分公司战略经营目标的实现。
2.主持拟订分公司的业务目标和业务计划，实现分公司业务和投资回报的快速增长。
3.监督、控制发展计划实施过程，组织实施财务预算方案及利润分配、使用方案。
4.建立分公司与上级主管部门、媒体等部门间的沟通渠道，领导开展公司的涉外公共关系活动。
5.领导企业内部团队建设，内部管理机制的完善；分公司的其他日常业务运作。

1. Key Bachelor degree or above, relevant experience in business administration, computer, automation, etc.
2. More than 10 years working experience as a director or general manager of a technology enterprise or a general manager with more than 5 years of experience in research and development, supply chain and operation;
3. Strong market sensitivity, innovation awareness and practical ability;
4. Excellent decision-making ability and organizational leadership.
5. Vietnamese is fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing, and can work in Vietnam.

任职资格：
1. 重点本科及以上学历，工商管理、计算机、自动化等相关经验
2. 有10年以上科技类企业事业部总监或总经理工作经验，或同类工作经验5年以上，具备研发、供应链、运营相关工作经验；
3. 有极强的市场敏感度、创新意识和实践能力；
4. 优秀的决策能力、组织领导能力。
5. 越南语听说读写流利，可以常驻越南工作。
