General Manager Of Transport and Distribution Department (Quantity: 01)

A. JDs:
• Managing and operating all activities of the Transportation and Distribution department with hundreds of container- trucks and variable type of trucks, including a group of nearly 200 employees, drivers.
• During the management process, deliver detailed & clear guidance which is strategic in order to offer customer the best service in the whole operation transportation means (road, sea, railway, distribution and transit).
• Managing the transport resource system along with the nationwide -vendor system to meet needs of providing 600-800 trips / day with effective vendor management policies to build a developing vendor system in both quantity and quality, meeting the ever-expanding production requirements.
• Managing and orienting sales and marketing activities to find more customers, expand transportation and distribution service network
• Responsible for the efficiency of production and business activities of the department
• Directly participate and implement all new projects.
• Building and standardizing operation processes, fully exploit and exceeding internal KPI indicators and customer KPIs
• Develop improvement programs and continuously improve the operation of the department.
• Develop, update, train, implement, monitoring the implementation of the business process, policies and guidelines of the Company for the entire department.

B. REQUIREMENTS:
• Age range: From 30- 45 years old.
• Bachelor degree, majors in Transport, Foreign Trade, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Management or other related majors to Logistics, Import- Export field.
• Foreign Language/ Computer skills:
- Proficiency in English for 4 skills
- Master of MS Office, have knowledge and understand well the logical system and other application software in Transportation and Distribution Management field.
• Experiences: At least 05 years of working experience in the same field at the same position.

• Other requirements: leadership skill, ability to plan and make decisions. Ability to analyze data and solve problems, ability to continuously improve, customer service mindset.
