General Manager

General Manager will report directly to Thai Senior Overseas Director in Thailand and will be responsible for the following duties:
- Monitoring and handling all company’s function, i.e., sales and marketing, accounting and finance, profit, product’s margin, etc.
- Taking proactive action to identify current businesses trends and movement in market, and identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinating with all concerned parties to support and increase sales volumes in Vietnamese market.
- Identifying and implementing business strategy as target set.
- Setting objectives, performance indicators for all staff.
- Analyzing opportunities to enlarge company’s connection in Vietnam Country.
- Building strong relationship with key customers including government sectors.
- Keeping close relations with distributors, agents and major customers.
- Establishing and maintaining update sales and marketing database.
- Other related issues as assigned by direct supervisor.

Preferred candidates are expected to be:
- Thai or Vietnamese Nationals, Male/Female – age between 40-48 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration or related field.
- A minimum 5 years working experience in management or the similar position.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with good presentation skill.
- Strong connection with government or/and Power Plant.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective interpersonal relationships.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and tactfully.
- High interpersonal skill with high convincing ability.
- Entrepreneurial skill and high commercial sense.
- Able to work under high pressure.
