Mô tả công việc
• Oversee daily operations for the Vietnam branch, direct and supervise all marketing events such as training, seminar , promotion and other sales related activities
• Provide latest Market intelligence, involve in sales and project management & ongoing business analysis
• Insure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business, continue develop and manage the existing sales channel
• Aggressively prospect and drive sales, develop business in MLM / Direct Marketing
• Insure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives, plan and implement procedures and systems to maximize operating efficiency
• Establish and maintain controls, control budget in accordance to SOP
• Determine staffing requirements, allocate use of available resources and monitor staff performance including performance reviews, manage all administrative, HR matter in accordance to SOP. Supervise direct reporting staff according to overall company policy
• Evaluate current business processes and systems
• Develop strong relationships with distributors and networkers

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Degree or above in Business/Marketing or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience at Management level in MLM / Direct Marketing, business development or equivalent
• Exposures in health care products or related industry highly regarded though not compulsory
• Possess strong business acumen, leadership charisma and a dynamic personality
• Able to work across boundaries and able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
• Good communication skills, excellent presentation skills with Vietnam language, good command of Mandarin and English will be an advantage
• Problem solving, decision making, strategic thinking, customer service oriented and analytical skills and has a strong sense of responsibility for KPIs and overall organization goals
• 10+ years of experience at Management level in MLM / Direct Marketing, business development or equivalent
• Exposures in health care products or related industry highly regarded though not compulsory
• Possess strong business acumen, leadership charisma and a dynamic personality
