** The Job
- You will work directly with the General Manager, assist him in his daily work life on high level of management included: strategy, operation and methodology.
- You firstly as an assistant will be trained by the General Manager, learn first- hand about running a global startup company in order to take the leader position later and be in charge of one or more than one functions of the company with clear career path.

** Job Location: Quang Trung software city, District 12

** Your skills and experiences
• Communication, reporting, research and self-learning skill are mandatory
• Knowledge about decision making process
• Good at problem shooting and problem solving
• Proactive, open minded, accountable
• Critical thinking and system thinking
• Passionate about quality, productivity of the work and maintainability of the end result
• Great at English (4 skills), well communicate your ideas & knowledge
• Able to play the role of A+ player, you want to invest in your knowledge and expect from the company to do the same (trainings, certifications, research and development)
• Self-organized, able to deliver quality documentation

Nice to have
• Understand software development methodologies
• Experience with strategy making, data analysis
• Experience being an assistant
• Experience in startup scene
• Management or marketing background
