General Ledger Accountant

- Implementation and maintenance of Accounting Information System
- Work with auditors on quarterly and annual audits
- Liaise with other departments for Accounting documents and Information
- Manage Accounting staffs
- Cash management and Cash flow forecasting including vendor scheduling, Cash balances, and weekly Cash reporting.
- Maintain General Ledger & Trial balances w/t end of month reporting and reconciliation
- Bank Account Reconciliations.
- Prepare Financial Statements including P & L, Balance Sheet, and Budget quarterly.
- Year-end Analysis, Schedules preparation for review.
- Prepare costs vs. Budget reviews, analyze variances.

1. Basic quality: major in finance or accounting, bachelor degree or above, holding accounting related certificates, ACCA, etc.;
2. Work experience: 3-4 years of general taxpayer's overall accounting or general ledger accounting experience;
3. Professional skills: Proficiency in Vietnam's export tax refund policy, with experience in working in Vietnam's foreign companies is preferred;
4, Language: Vietnamese + English, or Vietnamese + Chinese
5, Comprehensive quality: strong ability to analyze and solve problems;
6, Responsibility, Good communication skills, Team work
