- Application for monthly payment, salary, other support fee
- Supporting the foreign employees relating to work permit & residence card
- Other administration works (Booking hotel, flight ticket, golf, managing assets etc.)
- Organize and follow up Training activities
- Be able to be Recruitment coordinate in recruitment process and employee branding activities
- Join and support in various Company events
- Other jobs under the direction of superiors
- Details of the assignment will be discussed at the interview

WORK EXPERIENCES
- Good communication skills, collaborative mindset and customer service
- Full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
- Passion and interest in Human Resource field
- Organized mind, orderly, detail & result focus, flexibility
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Fluent Business English TOEIC ≥ 700, IELTS ≥6.0
* Other Preferred Qualifications:
- Japanese skill is a plus
