Mô tả công việc
- Responsible for general affair and in charge of administration management and controlling issues of cleaning, providing stationery, transportation, securities, and insurance of equipment.
- Support to manage budget and control administrative costs such as business trip, telephone, internet, electricity, office equipment, water charge, stationery, transportation….
- Organize company events, delivery gift, travel and other activities
- Support to visas, apply for work permit for expatriates, temporary resident cards and other necessary documentation.
- Control transportation services, routine schedule and cost.
- Support to make necessary notice to ensure all employees updated with useful information
- Support to manage budget and control administrative costs such as business trip, telephone, internet, electricity, office equipment, water charge, stationery, transportation….

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Age between 23 to 27 years old.
- Graduated from the college or university with major in Business Administration.
- At least one year of experience in Administration and Human Resource Department
- Good knowledge of Labor Code, Social Insurance Law, PIT, and its related regulations about work permit and others procedure related foreigner.
- Good in writing and speaking in English
- Good skills of computers & Microsoft Office.
- Be dependable and truthful
- Be honest and dedicated
- Pleasant, open –minded personality with teamwork spirit.
- Have strong interpersonal skill
* Working conditions and benefits:
• Working at the office in District 3 from Monday to Friday (8:30 AM ~ 17:30 PM), Saturday is from 8:30 AM ~ 12:30 PM.
• Salary: Negotiable salary and bonus based on good performance of candidate.
• Be promoted and increased salary yearly.
• Other benefits based on company regulations (lunch fee, parking fee….)
• Friendly, motivated and dynamic working environment.
• Opportunity to develop career in the future and work in professional environment from the support of local and foreign management.
