General Affairs (GA) Manager

- Manage all the job of General affairs section such as facility management, procurement, events, teamwork activities, canteen, security, car management, …
- Manage all the jobs related to expat employees (visa, work permit, resident cards…). .
- Follow up the general affairs budget.
- Manage and follow all the service contract.
- Develop, implement and keep updated all the general affairs related company policies.

- Academic degree or equivalent with a background in business administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of job experiences as GA manager.
- Good relationship with related states enterprises.
- Proficient English is an advantage.
- Have experiences in human resource to cover some jobs are assigned.
- Hard working with high responsibility.
- Open minded with effort of bring kaizen for not only daily activities but also the vision
- Good at logical thinking and arrangement.
- Good at computer office, presentation and leadership skills.
- Good senses of GA job, communication, teamwork.
