JOB SUMMARY
• We are looking for an experienced General Affairs Assistant Manager to supervise daily support operations of our company and plan the most efficient administrative and purchasing procedures. You will lead a team of professionals to complete a range of administrative and purchasing duties in different departments.
• The goal is to ensure all support activities are carried on efficiently and effectively to allow the other operations to function properly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administrative
• Organize and supervise office activities (security, hygiene and safety, recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
• Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
• Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
• Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
- Purchasing
• Manage purchasing activities for the whole company to adapt business requirement and control cost.
• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
• Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms
• Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers
• Review and manage purchasing process and manage the efficiency of the process.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• University degree or above, major in Business Administration, Economic
• Possible to use English in 4 skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
• Microsoft Office skills
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in the same position
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Proven experience in administration and purchasing, especially purchasing for marketing events, IT
• Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management
• Experience in dealing with land lord
• In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
• Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
• Proficient in MS Office
• An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
• A team player with leadership skills
• Good negotiation skill
• Prefer experiences using SAP
