1. Be in charge of office arrangement such as 5S, office renovation…
2. Manage the service contracts;
3. Manage and liquidate Company fixed assets/ documents;
4. Plan, follow and handle GA’s projects to ensure the complement as timeline;
5. Control expenses and do timely payment for items assigned;
6. Support and coordinate with GA members to organize/ support the internal events;
7. Carry out others tasks assigned by GA managers.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Economics, English Language or related majors;
- Good command for both written and spoken in English;
- Good at MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Internet searching;
- Be able to work under high pressure;
- Be able to work both in team and independently.
