Mô tả công việc
- Developing Relationship with our Bank’s customers, other institutions.
- Calculate salary, PIT, social insurance
- Do the works relating to PIT, social insurance procedure
- Prepare and make visa, work permit, temporary residence card for expats.
- Answer the telephone, receiving and greeting guests/visitor.
- Arrange air-ticket and hotel accommodation.
- Do/follow up preparing application for work permit and residence card.
- Make payment orders (bank and petty cash) but not limited to book, reconcile and report by Chief Rep.
- Make execution of monthly & yearly budget report.
- Update the monthly fee and make relevant reports for cost control.
- Other tasks assigned by Chief of Rep.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree.
- Have experience in accounting field (accounts payable) and HR field (PIT, SI Agency, Labor Department).
- Good knowledge of Vietnam taxation and legal accounting with experience to deal with tax authorities
- Fluency in English is required
- Independent, able to manage works in priorities under pressure
- Soft skills: MS Office, communication skill, good command of written/ spoken English (good organizational skills and high attention to details
- Others: High responsibility, trustworthy, active, enthusiastic, independent.
