JOB SUMMARY
The General Affairs Staff position will provide administrative , Take a responsibility in the jobs
relate to hygiene, safety working environment and translation (English – Vietnamese &) support
to the General Director and the Factory Management team. Duties will include interpretation
and translation (English – Vietnamese) for meetings with local authorities, vendors and other
Vietnamese contacts. Support factory management in the negotiation and documentation of
new contracts. Documents newly established procedures, processes and communications. This
position reports to General Affairs Senior Staff/ General Affairs Supervisor
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support device – monitoring hygienic related job
• Control & Manage: Office uniform/ Jumpsuit’s allocation for new comer/ renewal
contract.
• Management of Locker/ Shoes box’s allocation for employees.
• Management of employees’ locker/ shoes box’s key, factory’s key.
• Prepare uniform/ Guide when customers visit company. Control Meeting room/
Reception-related job.
• Support in contact with service suppliers: Lunch meal, Water, cleaning, security,
gardening, others…
• Daily gather lunch meal quantity; monthly compare data with supplier.
• In charge of contacting and shipment. Monthly Check and compare shipment waybill.
• Manage and allocate mobile phone/ Sim-card to employee. Monthly Receive and check
telephone payment, taxi payment.
• Support to General Director in translation in State agencies meeting/ customer
meeting/ Internal meeting.
• Prepare training/ business’s procedure for TBV employee (Both of national and
overseas): passport, Visa, hotel, air ticket.
• Management of entrance and exit.
• Management of late coming- early leave, daily-timekeeping.
• Input PR to SAP
• Oder stationary/name card, stamp

Education
• University or collage graduate or equivalent experience and competencies.
Experience
• Prefer experience as a staff in a global company.
Skills
• Good communication skills. Familiarity with English (TOEIC 600 – 700) is preferred.
• Proficient with common office equipment to include use of computers and common
office software tools such as MS Office.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
• English is preferred.
Equipment
• Typical equipment found in a professional office setting.
• University or collage graduate or equivalent experience and competencies.
Experience
• Prefer experience as a staff in a global company.
Skills
