General Affair Manager (Japanese N2)

- Manage all the jobs related to foreign Director and Supervisors (visa, work permit, resident cards…)
- Responsible for facility management, procurement, events, teamwork activities, car management, …
- Be in charge of legal document of the company and branches.
- Follow up the general affairs budget
- Manage and follow all the service contract
- Maintain and develop company culture
- Develop, implement and keep updated all the general affairs related company policies

- Graduated University, background in business administration, human resource or equivalent
- Have 3 years experience as same position
- Have experience in managing people
- Language skill English good communication, Japanese N2
- Good at Communication skill.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills.
- Have high responsibility.

- Bonus 1 time/ year + Pay raise 1 time/year
- Insurance according to Vietnamese Law
- Have shuttle bus from Ho Chi Minh
