Position Description:

a. Lead the overall Intel Vietnam Enhanced Services portfolio. He/she will work with several of business partners and stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure the successful implementation of all Enhance Services mandated in the Global Enhanced Services playbook. The successful candidate needs to drive systemic improvement focusing on Innovation, cost reduction and service enhancement.

b. Perform regular audit of the standardized global services and propose new employee services that will enhance their work-life effectiveness.

c. Drive BES service benchmarking with similar tier companies and ensure benchmarking result implementation

d. Assist BES manager in managing the overall operation budget for CS BES that includes but not limited to collaborating with team members to finalize required budget during Plan, timely monitoring financial performance of the team, leading cost saving discussion and ensuring year-long spending are well controlled within Plan budget.

e. Lead BES operational BCP (Business Continuity Plan) program

f. Occasionally manage site/department events and other projects assigned by the BES manager

Minimum Qualification Skills (Must Have Skills):
- A graduate of any major: Business, Marketing, Communication, Public Relation, Hospitality.
- Good command of English and general computer knowledge
- Must possess the following strengths: customer orientation, self-motivated, effective communicator.
- Minimum 3 year working experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Major in Business or Hospitality industry
- A true desire to understand and anticipate the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
- Proficient in communication skills and English
- Candidates should be creative, innovative, detail oriented and organized.
- Prior experience in working with various level of stakeholders and supplier to meet timeline of projects/ events.
