Mô tả công việc
- General office administrative duties such as booking hotels, air tickets. Support HR & Admin Dept and other Departments
- Negotiate with suppliers, hotels, car leasing companies, postal service providers, office equipment suppliers and transportation etc. to ensure the best corporate rates for the Company
- Manage logistics on stock control in all warehouses to ensure zero stock variance.
- To keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, shipping products in the most efficient and most cost effective way.
- Other tasks as assigned by General Director

- University degree, Foreign trade or related to logistics
- At least one year working experience in the same position
- Pleasant personality, responsible, keen to learn and detail orientated
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Proficient in written and spoken English
