I. Purpose of Job / Job Summary
Handling the account and admin work related to township, clubhouse
II. Key Responsibilities / Duties
1. Responsible for the day to day operational accounting matters of the TMD
2. Responsible for preparing , checking the accounting related documents for internal
3. Responsible for monthly closing of financial accounts-including month end closing, supporting schedule and necessary adjustment. And to ensure completed timely and accurately
4. To monitor bank balance/cash flow position
5. Responsible to prepare monthly reconciliation for bank
6. Responsible for updating record of financial information and filling of documents
7. Any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management

Experience : Minimum 2-3 years in same position and as a leader.
Specific skills / abilities : Leaderships skill, management skills, interpersonal skill, communication skill. Fluent in English.
