General Accountant (Urgently)

1/ Account Receivable (AR) & Account Payable (AP) control
- Generate and issue red invoices in system to clients
- Manage AR and control as to ensure compliance
- Control AP, arrange payment schedule to be sure accuracy
- Manage cash follow and make forecast monthly
- Review accounts reconciliations and month-end closing

2/ Tax
- Prepare monthly, yearly tax declaration and other relevant reports as per regulation
- Liaise with Tax department, bank on all matters relating to tax and tax settlement.

3/ General
- Supports preparation of budgets and financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, tax returns, reports for Government regulatory agencies and ad-hoc special analysis;
- Managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems;
- Ensures the Company meets its financial and legal responsibilities;
- Review accounts reconciliations and month-end closing
- Assist with year-end closings, preparation and coordination of the audit process
- Available to travel the factory when upon requested (04 days/month).
- Other tasks assigned by the Manager/General Director.

- Bachelor’s degree of Accounting
- Strong knowledge about general accounting and finance.
- 4+ years of experience in the field.
- Ability to work independently and in teamwork; exhibit problem solving ability and good judgment.
- Must have good English skills, both verbal and written.
- Advanced PC skills including Microsoft Excel and Word.
