Mô tả công việc
Inventory
• Review cost of imported material
• Every quarter: extract list of stock needs to be written off and send the list to Merchandise dept for review.
Do written off transaction.
• Monthly stock reports
• Perform quarterly stock take with Bookkeeping team, WH team and Internal Audit team
Payroll
• Remittance advance salary on 22nd every month
• Coordinate with HR team to calculate, pay salary and print pay slip on 9th every month
• Prepare payment for temporary worker when need (peak season)
• Process other payment pertain to Social Insurance…
Note: New HR/payroll software will be implemented soon (tentative in Jul 2019)
Monthly closing
• Prepare BS analysis monthly
• To follow up and allocate prepaid expenses; prepare Fixed Asset register file and post depreciation expense
• Prepare monthly accruals
Reporting
• VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT & VAT tax refund
• Profitability report (every month)
• KPI report (every week)
• Minute report (every month)
• Input data to local accounting software (this task will be reviewed and may change)
• Statistics reports and others as required
OTHERS
• Support on counting of Fixed-Assets & other assets
• Support Finance & Admin Manager on Internal, External Audit; Tax Audit
• Support Accountant Payable, Accountant Receivable when need

REQUIREMENTS
• Graduated from University, major in Accounting
• Minimum 3 years working as General Accountant
• Good communication in English
• Have experience working in garment factory is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially for Excel, Outlook
