General Accountant ( Salary from $500)

1. Job Information:
- Work Place : Duy Tan, Cau Giay
- Type of contract: Full-time Process

2. Job Description:
* Accounting:
- Receipt/payment by cash and bank. Control cash and make report.
- Domestic and Overseas AR/AP
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Ensure all Credit Notes and Debit Notes are recorded in General Statement
- Prepare monthly reports (Trial Balance, Income Statement, Cost of Good Solds and Balance sheet) and Tax reports: VAT, CIT, PIT, report of using invoice...
- Make yearly Financial Statement
- Working with auditing company, tax authority when have
- Prepare monthly report, report to Director, Headquarter if required.
* HR:
- Payroll, Social Insurance, PIT
- Recruitment
* GA:
- Setting office and so on

- Experience: at least 5 years in Accounting & 3 years in General Accounting (have experience in Logistics company is an advantage)
- Have a good knowledge about Tax Law, Accounting Law and other Laws according to job's requirements;
- Can make Tax reports (VAT report, PIT, CIT report of using invoice…), Financial Statement
- Bachelor’s degree of Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English.
- Good interpersonal, communication skills.
- Ability to work independently
- Being careful, customer-oriented & achievement-driven attitude.
- CV by English (obligation)
- Having sense of responsibility, leadership, teamwork spirit;
(Years old: from 27 to 35)
