Job description: General Accountant Officer
• Examine and analyze accounting records, financial statements and other related financial reports following Reporting and Procedural standards.
• Examine the legality and accuracy of data and information on accounting documents.
• Control inventories and assets.
• Control unit cost calculation
• Co-ordinate with auditors to complete financial report
• Prepare monthly and yearly Budget & Cash flow projection
• Provide financial support to team members
• Prepare & Assist to check monthly, quarterly, yearly tax declarations including VAT, CIT, PIT (especially PIT for foreigners), FCT and others (if any) as well as tax return
• Monitor tax (Reconciliation between tax reports (VAT, CIT, PIT and all other taxes) and general ledger of accounting software; tax paid and payable)
• Responsible for tax compliance
• Work with Tax Office about any kind of tax matters on behalf of clients

Yêu cầu trình độ/kỹ năng:
Required qualifications/skills:
• Require bachelor Degree or above in Economics, Finance & Accounting
• Have at least 5 years proven track in financial and accounting fields.
• Have working experience in a foreign company, at accounting department
• Understand the regulations and issues relating to taxes and custom
• Have experience in Tax audit, good understanding of IFRS and VAS
• Have experience in preparing financial report
• Have experience in budget control, forecast preparation
• Having experience in FMCG company or manufacturing company are preferable
• Good level of competence in Excel, Word, Outlook and computerized accounting software. SAP B1 experience is preferable.
• Good oral and written communication in both English and Vietnamese
• Ability to think independently, generate new ideas and suggest improvements
• Accurate and detail oriented
• Good time management skill and work efficiently under pressure
• Ability to prioritize and take ownership of responsibility
