General Accountant (More Than 2 Years Experience)

Main Role:
Assist the senior accountants in daily accounting tasks, and work as a payable accountant and purchaser from time to time, including but not limited to:
• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded;
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices;
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations;
• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information is accurate and available when needed;
• Take control of inventory and stock management;
• Assist senior accountants in weekly/monthly accounting reports;
• Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings;
• Assist with other accounting duties.

• Bachelor degree, major in accounting/finance
• More than 2-year experience in an accounting role;
• Good knowledge of General Accounting
• Good English communication
• Computer/ Microsoft Application Skills/ Word/ Excel/Outlook/Internet
• Understand the current legal regulation relating to tax and finance is an advantage
• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices is an advantage
• Willingness to meet deadlines on a consistent basis
• Comfortable handling and storing confidential financial information
• Close attention to detail
• Ability to compile professional and thorough accounting reports
• Great attention to detail
• Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
• Can produce high-quality work regularly
• Ability to analyze information in an objective and nonbiased manner
