General Accountant - Korean Company [$600 - $700]

- Co-ordinate and control the day-to-day activities in accounting department
- Maintain the accounting database and ensure its reliability
- Manage, review and approve the works of the accounting officers to ensure accurate, timely, and record-keeping in all aspects of accounting: payroll, AR, AP, fixed assets, Inventories, petty cash, reconciliation and other support activities.
- Monthly preparation of financial forecast report including Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Cost Analysis …
- Complete monthly, quarterly and annually Financial Statements including forecast and various detailed analyses for BOD, Auditor, Banks.
- Organize, manage and keep track of A/P, A/R
- Manage the year-end external audit and tax finalizations in compliance with local and company requirements
- Manage, train and develop accounting staff in order to ensure responsibilities had performed competently and to identify potential staff for promotion.

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting;
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word
- Ability to use accounting software (SAP, FAST, EFFECT…), and other office equipment (fax, scan, photocopy…)
- English or Korean should be good at 4 skills ( Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing)
- Good working knowledge of the Vietnamese and international accounting principles, and relevant regulations (including taxes, social insurance, etc ….)
- Being familiar with Tax reports, Management report
- Well-organized, hard working, honest and able to work effectively under pressures
- Having experiences in HR, International Trading and Logistis will be an advantage
