Mô tả công việc
• Record all transactions (accounts payable and receivable, banks, expenditure allocation, revenue...).
• Perform regular reconciliation of general ledger accounts (both P&L and Balance Sheet)
• Preparing PIT, CIT, VAT, reports and other tax correspondences for the tax department, etc.
• Deal with Tax Department and other Vietnam authorities when requested. Assist and liaise with tax officer on year end audits
• Manage inventory, cost of goods sold, fixed assets, GL, expenditure by cost center.
• Daily check and review accounting transaction
• Handle general ledger, inventory lists, payable and receivable accounts
• Ensure monthly closing of accounting records is done in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy and local regulations
• Evaluate accounting and financial systems, procedures and practices and make recommendations for improvements and modifications
• Control and supervise all transaction in POS system, accounting software system
• Supporting the Chief Accountant in preparation and supply of financial and accounting duties
• Define and control accounting books related to internal and external specifications.

• Degree: University
• Major: Finance/Accounting/Banking, Economic and equivalent
• Experience: 4 Year.
• Skill: Communication, Organization, Planning...
• Related certificates: English, computer, etc.
• Related knowledge: Economic law, Labor law, etc.
• Necessary pigments:
+ Responsibility in work, independent, fast and complete good job undertaken
+ Teamwork spirit, following and urge colleagues meet related job to finalize and submit report on time.
