General Accountant - Kế Toán Tổng Hợp

1.Check daily transactions.
2. Check and reconcile accounts in the month.
3. Reconciled variances and make necessary adjustments if needed
4. Control and manage accountants
5. Do all reports relating to BOD, CIT,
6. Cross check - Monthly sales report, Monthly Credit list report.
7. Monthly reconcile AR, AP and GL account to ensure they are records properly in finance statement
8. To analyze results of production and business activity, the financial situation of the company, the financial situation in the market to give BOD advices
9. Submit monthly reporting of taxes ( VAT, PIT, corporate income tax, VAT refund, balance sheet, financial reports and quarterly, yearly report of the company….) to related Department.
10. Make the entry to closing book (record interest income, revenue, AR customer, allocation, depreciation…)
11. Implementation and maintenance of Accounting Information System
12.Other assistance for Chief Accountant

-University graduate from accounting and/or financial major
- At least 4 years experience in the equivalent positions and production field.
- Good communication and organization skill
- Good command in English and computer skills (Microsoft Office and Accounting Software)
- Ability to work independently or as a team
- Hard working, careful, honest, able to work under pressure, solving problem skill
- Have ability to make the plan
- Able to grasp basics of taxation and audit requirements of Hong Kong and USA accountancy standards.
