Mô tả công việc
1. Reconcile daily bank transaction
2. Reconcile daily transaction external & internal in sub ledger & General ledger
3. Reconcile the balance between sub ledger& general ledger
4. Reconcile closing balance of external & internal of sub ledger& General ledger
5. Run and reconcile monthly depreciation/ allocation cost / provision cost as Group policy.
6. Corporate within accounting team to monitor chasing debt from client and payment schedule to vendor
7. To review the monthly / quarterly/ annual tax report
8. To reconcile and close accounting book as group policy and dealine( both IMS system/ ERP system)
9. To prepare monthly/ quarterly/ annual accounting report
10. To prepare and print out accounting book by VAS & Group policy
11. Guidelines and update the new change of tax to accounting team and other concerning stakeholder

○ Logical thinking
○ Problem solving skill
○ Communication skills in English - Level B
○ University / College degree
- Experience in ERP system
- Can work under high pressure
- Good at MS office, outlook
- Over 3 years experience at least in same position
- Experience in logistics or shipping is preferable
