General Accountant (Kế Toán Tổng Hợp)

General accountant will provide support to the finance and accounting team by managing daily accounting tasks and preparing financial statements and reporting. Accountant posts information into GenuSuite and reconciles accounts to ensure accuracy. The accountant directly reports to the Chief Accountant.
• Transaction with the banks of the company’s account
• Checking accounting entrys periodly incurred
• Checking balance of figures between subsidiary ledger and general ledger
• Checking and ensuring ending balance is matched with detail reports
• Preparing tax reports for every month, quarter and year, submit to the related organizations. Beside performing tax finalization.
• Following, paying and controling receivables and payables
• Processing and journal accounting entry. Check documents, reports, and documents relation with payment before sending to Chief accountant
• Explaining figures and supply documents to tax authorities, auditor, inspector according to chief accountant’s request
• VAT refund
• Put together cost of goods sold

Kế toán tổng hợp sẽ hỗ trợ cho bộ phận Kế toán tài chính thông qua việc quản lý các công việc của kế toán hàng ngày và chuẩn bị báo cáo tài chính, các báo cáo khác khi cần thiết. Nhập thông tin vào GenuSuite và đối chiếu tài khoản để đảm bảo tính chính xác. Kế toán tổng hợp báo cáo trực tiếp cho Kế toán trưởng.
• Giao dịch ngân hàng
• Kiểm tra các định khoản các nghiệp vụ phát sinh
• Kiểm tra sự cân đối giữa số liệu kế toán chi tiết và tổng hợp
• Kiểm tra số dư cuối kỳ có hợp lý và Khớp đúng với các báo cáo chi tiết
• Lập báo cáo thuế hàng tháng, quý, báo cáo tài chính năm, quyết toán thuế
• Theo dõi công nợ, thanh toán, quản lý tổng quát công nợ
• Xử lý và hạch toán các nghiệp vụ kế toán. Kiểm tra các chứng từ, báo cáo, thu chi, các tài liệu liên quan đến việc thanh toán trước khi chuyển kế toán trưởng
• Giải trình số liệu và cung cấp hồ sơ, số liệu cho cơ quan thuế, kiểm toán, thanh tra kiểm tra theo yêu cầu của phụ trách phòng KT-TV
• Hoàn thuế GTGT
• Tính giá thành sản phẩm

Work Place: Lot A-5C-CN, My Phuoc 3 I.P., Chanh Phu Hoa Ward, Ben Cat Town, Binh Duong Province

• University graduate from Economics or accounting related
• Minimum 03 years experience working as General accountant, Accountant and bookkeeping, accounting and sales.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnam’s taxation laws, good contacts with tax dept and banks; The regime of management, use and depreciation of fixed assets.
• Have experience of financial statements
• Have the spirit of cooperation, openness, passion and aggressive in work
• Good in English communication is an advantage
• Good at computer skills, able to use accounting software.
