General Accountant (Kế Toán Tổng Hợp)

1) Co-odinate and control the daily activities in Accounting Department
2) Control cash in bank and cash on hand
3) Manage and keep track of A/P, A/R
4) Inventories control
5) Cost calculation
6) Manage and review the works of accounting officers to ensure timely, accurate and record-keeping in all aspects of accounting: payroll, AR, AP, fixed assets, Inventories, petty cash, reconciliation and other support activities.
7) Make monthly, quarterly, annually Financial Statement
8) Assist Chief Accountant in other tasks

1) Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position
2) Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
3) Have experience in EPE is plus
4) Ability to use accounting software ( SAP, FAST, EFFECT, ACCPAC…)
5) Good working knowledge of the VAS, IFRS
6) Being familiar with Tax reports, Management reports.
7) Well-organized, hard working, honest and can work effectively under pressure
8) The candidates who have experience in working in manafacturing company get higher priority
