General Accountant (Kế Toán Tổng Hợp)

ACCOUNTING ACTIVITIES (60%)
- Responsible for day to day financial and accounting operations
- Check and review all documents before getting approval from Branch Manager and Headquarter Finance Manager
- Monitor, act upon and report cash flow / banking activities
- Assure accounting activities and transactions recorded and reported in compliance with the Vietnamese Tax and Accounting Law
- Maintain the general ledgers and all related accounts with proper documentation and records of company transactions to assure accuracy and compliance with the accounting principles
- Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
- Responsible to prepare/ check all kind of tax reports and tax payment including VAT, CIT, PIT, WHT and other tax if any, updating tax law, tax circular if change.
- Responsible to prepare and report pension / social insurance payment of the company & employees, updating law if change
- Ensuring the request of company's secret financial information

FINANCIAL REPORTS (20%)
- Responsible for all compulsory financial statistic reports
- Review expenses and conduct analysis of operating expenses and budget variances as required.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget document, responsible for budget input
- Assist in working with internal auditor, external auditor

OTHERS (20%)
- Some admin works should be handled as well due to a size of the company
- Perform other tasks assigned by Branch Manager and Headquarter Finance Manager

SALARY: Negotiable

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Graduated from College or higher in Accounting, Auditing and Finance.
- Experience from 1 year working in Accounting at foreign company is preferred.
- Proficiency in Vietnamese Accounting, Pension, Tax, customs system & international Accounting Standards

SKILLS
- Can communicate and report in English; ability to report directly to foreign Finance Manager and CEO
- Computer application skills, especially MS Excel and Word
- Ability to use accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Teamwork with motivational ability
