General Accountant ( Kế Toán Tổng Hợp )

• Theo dõi cập nhật các tài khoản phải trả, thanh toán / Follow up Payable account, payment.
• Thu thập và kiểm tra các hóa đơn, phân định rõ ràng các loại hoá đơn thanh toán khác nhau / Collect and check invoices, separate invoices for payment.
• Lập phiếu thu chi / Issue payment voucher, receipt voucher
• Theo dõi, tính lương, ghi chép hóa đơn cho các dự án Artelia Singapore / Managing and controlling ASG accounting including : Payment schedule, issue invoice for each project, updated maintained invoice record, salary calculating
• Chuẩn bị và kiểm tra các Yêu cầu Thanh toán / Prepare and check Expense claim
• Duy trì bản theo dõi hóa đơn thanh toán cũng như các tài khoản thanh toán / Maintain payment invoice follow up such as payable account.
• Thu thập và kiểm tra dữ liệu, hồ sơ kế toán từ các kế toán công trường / Collect and check data, accounting document from construction site accountants.
• Đối chiếu công nợ cuối năm / Reconciliation the statement at the end of year
• Hỗ trợ Công ty Tư vấn trong việc Kiểm toán / Support to Outsourced Accounting company in audit.
• Giao dịch với khách hàng, ngân hàng / Deal with clients, bank.
• Các nhiệm vụ khác / Other tasks

• Basic education: Bachelor in Accounting, Banking or Finance
• Experience: 05 years
• Fluent in English
• Good communication skill.
• Carefulness in document
• Team work, cooperation, collaboration, support in teamwork in order to complete works
• Initiative & active in work, self-planning, arrange and organize for work effectively
• Honestly, high sense of responsibility
• Serious behavior, concentrate in works
• Computer skills: Word, Excel and others software for accountant
