General Accountant

- Working place: Office in Hanoi: 2nd Floor, No. 2 Trung Kinh Street, Trung Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi

- Collect and check information, accounting data, accounting documents through transaction arising such as contracts, orders, invoices related to the purchasing and sale activities of the Company
- Record transaction of income, expenses, depreciation of fixed assets, allocate expense for tool and equipment.
- Release invoices by order and delivery. Everyday, weekly report sales. At the end of the month and quarter, report on the use of invoices in the period.
- Tracking import and export goods and import and export costs for production and business. Enter data into the software, make payment records for the exporter. Keep track of revenue from importers.
- Check payroll of employees and make deductions based on salary, insurance for employees.
- Managing and monitoring debts and reporting debts: revenues and expenditures, receivables, payable, proposing measures and pushing collect debts effectively.
- Check and monitor inventory movement.

Monthly/ Quarterly/Yearly arising:
- Make monthly collection money plan
- Make weekly/monthly/yearly financial plan (cash flow report)
- At the end of the month and quarter, report on the use of VAT/ PIT invoices.
- Make/Check VAT invoice in and out. Make VAT declaration.
- Make/Check PIT declaration, register dependence for employee
- Perform accounting entries and transfer. Monitor and calculate cost by product, loss materials
- Familiar with monthly closing accounting book (TB/MCS/BS/IS)
- Make a detail report (AR, AP,Inventory, Fixed assets, and so on)
- Make CIT/ PIT declaration and finalization.
- Make annual financial statements; support audit to make audit report
- Prepare management reports at the request of the Chief Accountant and CFO

- Degree requirements: College or above
- English/ Korean communication fluently 4 skills, can explain matters related to financial accounting works.
- Experience: at least 5 years experiences in production and trading company
- Have chief of accountant certificate is plus
- Have experiences in using effect software is plus
- Ability to communicate, presentation well
- Under pressure and ensure the completion of work on time
- Proficiency in office software
- Enthusiastic and responsible for work
- Can work overtime as work required
