Mô tả công việc
- In charge of all finance function: AR, AP and reporting
- Update fixed assets, tools
- Calculate salary sheet & insurance
- Input and check accounting data into the system.
- Check and confirm AR & AP transaction, input and output vouchers.
- Process payment to suppliers, petty cash and advance.
- Check and confirm SOA with vendors, customers (local and oversea).
- Issue red invoice
- Prepare all the reports related to taxation (VAT, PIT, CIT and financial statement) and other internal report as requested.
- Work directly with bank, tax office, insurance office, department of Planning and investment.
- Do other HR and admin job:
+ Order stationary
+ Work with insurance office
+ Check employee timesheets
+ Manage social insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, ensure do it under Vietnam insurance law
+ Book air tickets, make visa, work permit, residence card for Korean manager
+ Do other job as required.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
-Fluent in English.
- Understand logistics service.
-At least 5-7 year experience in general accountant.
-Good at communication and presentation skills.
