1. Issue VAT invoice for sale local.
2. Prepare accrual account and record on accounting software
3. Prepare and declare tax report: VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT…
4. Prepare and declare statistics report
5. Prepare details of intercompany AR/AP
6. Prepare details of balance and cross check accounts: 111,112,113,138,141,144, 244,3388
7. Fix Assets and prepaid expense
- Export file from accounting software to update details list on excel
- Calculation of depreciation, allocation on excel file
- Input into accounting software
8. Arrangement and save document
- Arrangement transfer order, credit note and save document
- Separate, stamp paid date
- Arrangement and save cash book
- Save statistics report
- Save legal document
- Save bank statement
- Save document related to credit card
9. Record salary and insurance expense on accounting software
10. Other jobs assigned by General Director, Business Controller and Chief Accountant.

- College or university degree in Accouting
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in accounting
- ERP-system SAP experience is a plus
- Good at English and Computer
Work place: at Nam Tan Uyen Extension Industrial Park, Binh Duong Province
